The Connacht Property Auction will be held on Tuesday November 11 in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. Furthermore, two of the three properties which were not sold at the auction, have since been sale agreed via our online auctions. Our online auctions are running continuously and are a great option for homeowners looking to sell their properties before Christmas.” Mr Folan went on to say: “We are currently taking entries for our auctions and invite homeowners to speak to us now if they want to be sold before the end of the year. We sell over 60 per cent of our properties through our online auction and properties can also go forward to our public auctions which we run regularly throughout the year.”
