Last Thursday, June 9, saw leading local auctioneers DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard, live up to their reputation as one of the leading auction houses in the country with their hugely successful June auctions. With 18 lots going under the hammer on the day, following two late withdrawals, the company upheld their reputed success rate, with a 94 per cent sale result on the day.

Last Friday at the Radisson Blu Hotel, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard continued its success on the auction floor with a six-lot auction that produced a swift hour of action and intense bidding. With an auction room full of bidders who were not afraid to bid, an air of decisiveness prevailed from the first bid and prevailed through to the final lot as bidders were keen to participate.

O’Donnellan & Joyce recorded the largest volume of sales when it held its Wild Atlantic Way property auction where 46 properties went under the auction hammer. The auction featured properties from Galway to Donegal and down as far as Kerry, all along the western seaboard.

O’Donnellan & Joyce has linked up with major UK property website Zoopla, which will now give the Wild Atlantic Way property auction major exposure with a further 40 million viewers online.

O’Donnellan and Joyce brought the year 2015 to a successful conclusion when it completed what the company referred to as the Wild Atlantic Way auction when properties from Donegal to Kerry and throughout Galway city went under the auction hammer.

A crowd of more than 100 people turned up to the latest Connacht Property Auction held last Thursday in The Menlo Park Hotel. In total there were 22 properties offered for sale from across Connacht including Clare, Galway, Mayo, and Leitrim.
