Geesala Boxing Club’s Gerry Coyle was joined by friends and family when he was inducted into the Mayo Boxing Hall of Fame at the Mayo Boxing Awards night recently. Gerry was credited on the night for all the work he has done for the Geesala Boxing Club including his involvement in hosting some of the biggest boxing events in Mayo. Gerry has been involved in bringing Barry McGuigan, Katie Taylor and Henry Coyle’s world title fights to Mayo.

Celebrated chef, author and Ireland’s Good Food Ambassador, Jenny Bristow (pictured right) will host a cookery demonstration at the Clayton Hotel on Thursday June 7 in aid of Cancer Care West.
