A little bit of Kensington Palace in Galway

There are not many properties in the world that can boast some of the finishes found in Kensington Palace, but this is true in the case of Barna Gardens. The antique door knobs found on the double doors that open into the main reception hall come directly from the palace. Inspired by its present owners and designed by nationally acclaimed architect Pat McCabe of Simon J Kelly & Co, the house was built within the original walled garden of Barna House. “Without a doubt this is one of the finest homes ever built in Galway,” said Colm O’Donnellan of agents O’Donnellan & Joyce. “The likes of this unimaginable home will not be found again.”
