The Men’s Community Initiative at Áras Inis Gluaire

Coming up in September the centre has a busy schedule of activities planned for the autumn to winter season. Classes will include joint mobility and strength classes (an exercise group for the older man), walking football (a less intense way to play football), art in the afternoon (a painting and drawing class), beginners' computer classes for men, and computers for farming families. Dates and times for all are to be confirmed but bookings are now being taken as places are limited and will fill up fast. So don’t delay, get in touch and reserve your place now. If you are over 55 and have an idea for an activity that could be introduced to the programme, please do let them know. All suggestions and ideas are welcomed!
