The first express coach service between Galway and Killarney begins tomorrow.

Galway holidaymakers can save money on their holiday costs before they leave the country by taking Bus Éireann’s daily services from Galway to Dublin Airport on its Expressway Route X20 service.

Finding a new replacement for the Galway to Dublin route will be a challenge, but it is one that Galway Airport is still hoping to win, according to managing director Joe Walsh.

Galway based bus operator Citylink has expanded its popular service, and now has wifi on-board all coaches. The independent company offers 15 daily services to Dublin and Dublin airport. There are eight direct services from Galway to Shannon with additional departures from Galway at 5.30am, 11.30am, and 2.30pm, and a new departure from Shannon to Galway at 9.30am.
