From January 2013 the company will again be offering ITEC internationally accredited personal training, exercise to music, aquatics and gym instruction courses.

University of Limerick will be running a fitness instructor course in Galway for people who would like to train to become a fitness instructor or personal trainer. The certificate in exercise and health fitness is awarded by the University of Limerick and is the only university accredited fitness qualification in Ireland.
