Combining the best of local produce in a new tapas style menu, head chef Nicolas Betts, who has recently returned to Galway having worked in Spain for more than 20 years is bringing a Latin influence to the venue with pinchitos, gambas al ajilio, croquetas de jamon serrano, and tortilla con chorizo among the delicious additions to the menu.
