Mindfulness is a practice that can teach us how to enjoy life to the full and how to relax even when there is a lot of pressure in our life. It teaches us how to make the most of every day and find contentment even in the routine of each day. This eight week course runs on Tuesday evenings starting on February 10. You can choose to attend a course from either 6pm to 8pm or from 8.30pm to 10.30pm.
