Former Bower student announced as Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture Judge

Former Bower student and Junk Kouture prizewinner, Katie Brill, will make her judging debut at the Southern Regional Final of the Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture competition in Limerick on March 11, 2016, as a student judge.
