La Maison Chic bespoke interiors has just completed the refurbishment of Spanish Point House in Co Clare. This house, now a luxury guesthouse, was built as Sea View House by Francis Gould Morony, formerly of Miltown House, in 1830, replacing an older building. Morony willed Sea View to his wife’s niece, Miss Stoney, who married Captain Robert Ellis.
