An exhibition of fabric craft made by eight women of different nationalities now living in Mayo has opened in the National Museum of Ireland, Country Life in Turlough.

A new temporary exhibition Straw, Hay and Rushes will open in the National Museum of Ireland - Country Life, Turlough Park, Castlebar, next week and will showcase the great ingenuity of people in using everyday materials to make objects for use about the house and farm.
