To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Irish National Teacher’s Organisation, the commemoration book Kindling the Flame by Niamh Puirséil was presented to Mayor of Athlone, Aengus O’Rourke, by the oranisation’s Athlone/Moate branch at its May meeting.
