FIVE GALWAY bands will be taking to the stage of the Headford Town Hall on Saturday April 7 for a night entitled Headstock.

Next Thursday, April 7 at 8pm, Mayo Movie World presents the Foo Fighters Back and Forth which chronicles the 16 year history of the Foo Fighters: From the band's first songs created as cassette demos Dave Grohl recorded during his tenure as Nirvana's drummer, through its ascent to their Grammy-winning, multi-platinum, arena and stadium headlining status as one of the biggest rock bands on the planet.

FOO FIGHTERS: Back & Forth, a major new feature length documentary on the band will be screened at the Galway Omniplex on Thursday April 7 at 8pm.
