People interested in understanding more about other people’s mental health experiences are invited to an “open conversation” about the subject on Wednesday at the Jigsaw centre at Fairgreen House, opposite Galway Coach Station from 7pm to 8.30pm. The theme of the meeting is on the benefits of creative activities.

A series of mental health Trialogue meetings, which are open conversations about mental health, have been taking place every month in Galway since March. The next meeting takes place on Wednesday, November 9 at 7pm in the new Jigsaw venue in Fairgreen House, opposite the Galway Coach Station.

Better approaches to supporting mental health in the community may be achieved as a result of a series of six “open conversations” being held about the issue in the city over the coming months.
