BGR Fitness Athlone Bootcamps are a circuit type fitness class which take place each Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7.30pm in Our Lady’s Bower Secondary School. The class is of one hour duration, costing €5 which you pay as you go and it is suitable for all levels of fitness.
