Closing date approaches for entry to sixth Annual SCCUL Enterprise  Awards

Businesses planning to enter the SCCUL Enterprise awards are being urged to submit their entries as soon as possible. The deadline for entries to the innovative awards programme which celebrates entrepreneurship and rewards local enterprise is 5.30pm tomorrow Friday November 6.

€50,000 Prize Fund for SCCUL Enterprise Awards

A €50,000 prize fund is on offer to Galway-based entrepreneurs in the sixth year of an innovative competition aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship and rewarding local enterprise. The sccul enterprise awards, launched on Monday night in the Institute for Lifecourse and Society, NUI Galway, is an initiative of community based company SCCUL Enterprises Ltd.

LEOs offer an enhanced enterprise support model with emphasis on delivery at local level. The primary objectives of the LEO are (1) To facilitate access to enterprise services, (2) To promote and support enterprise at local level, in particular for micro-enterprises.
