Galway Samaritans call on locals to volunteer
Galway Samaritans are asking people in Galway city and the surrounding county to consider becoming listening volunteers with the organisation. The number of calls received by the Galway branch increases every year and new volunteers from the local community are always needed to help sustain the service.
Table quiz in aid of Samaritans
A table quiz will be held in the Western Hotel, Claremorris on Thursday February 4, at 8.30pm in aid of Galway Samaritans. A table of four costs €40 per table.
