Quay Street has a new member of the family - Jianbing Bar. The cafe, whose sister restaurant is the hugely successful Xi'an Street Food, is the only one of its kind in the west of Ireland which specialises in the Chinese dish Jian bing. Jianbing is a traditional Chinese street food similar to crepes. Created more than 2,000 years ago in the Shandong province, Jian bing is generally eaten for breakfast and is known as one of China's most popular street breakfasts.
