A Mayo school teacher has been busy distributing rosary beads to schools throughout the parish in a bid to generate hope in society. Ms Detta Molloy along with a team of volunteers have so far distributed almost 20,000 rosary beads with Rosary of Hope booklets. People are being asked to say a decade of the Rosary every day in May for their own special intention and children in particular are encouraged to take part.
