The Carers Association will be hosting a series of talks during October in Ostán Óilean Acla, Achill, and Tourmakeady Hall. The series, entitled - Caring for Yourself: The Importance of Self-Care To Your Caring Role, will provide carers with information regarding their physical and mental health, guidance on looking after yourself while dealing with dementia, nutrition tips, keeping yourself informed on carers’ rights, entitlements, and changes to social policy that may affect carers.
