The transfer window was open for Galway 2020 this week as in the space of six days, the project has filled the key roles of chairman and creative director. Last evening, it was announced that experienced film producer Arthur Lappin will step into the role of chairing the board of directors; while late last week, it was revealed that the Creative Director role will be delivered by UK-based Artichoke under the leadership of Helen Marriage.
