If you would like to improve your confidence, communication and assertiveness skills in a safe supportive environment then you might be interested in attending a six week course in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar which takes place for two hours on Thursday mornings, 11am to 1pm starting February 7.

A six week course on parent assertiveness is being held by the Family Centre at Chapel Street, Castlebar. The course will look at ways in which parents can teach children to be respectful and follow direction without allowing themselves to be compromised. The course will examine how parents can be assertive, direct, and open without being aggressive. The course runs for one night a week for six weeks starting at 8pm on Tuesday October 13.
