Nutritionist Sarah Keogh will be on-hand to share general nutritional guidelines for a healthy balanced lifestyle, along with specific nutritional tips for players around their training and match regime.
To help make this balanced lifestyle a reality, sample meal plans and recipes by Kevin Dundon will also be shared. McInerney’s SuperValu Loughrea would like to invite all interested sports people and customers to join them instore for this event.
