Decision is expected today in rape trial of Wicklow man
The jury in the case of a Wicklow man charged with the oral rape of a Kilkenny woman in a laneway near her home five years ago, was last night sent home and will resume deliberations this morning (Friday).
A 28-year-old Wicklow man has pleaded not guilty to charges of oral rape and aggravated sexual assault of the woman in a laneway outside her Kilkenny home on April 1, 2005.
