Tri Lakes Triathlon Club has launched its annual race The Quiet Man Triathlon which takes place on Sunday, May 12 in Cong, Co Mayo. This race consists of a 750 metre swim in Lough Corrib, following by a 20km out and back cycle and a 5 km trial run in Cong Woods.

Liquid Motion Triathlon Club and G.M.I.T. Castlebar are delighted to announce the launch of Castlebar Sprint Distance Triathlon 2013 on Sunday, April 21. The 2012 triathlon racing season has come to an end and it’s now time to start thinking about the 2013 racing season.

Organisers of the Galway Ironman 70.3 have postponed releasing a date for the next Ironman race. The race is held in conjunction with a world series of Ironman contests and has been facilitated by Galway city council since it began two years ago.
