Sport a smile while you run for Cancer Care West

DeCare’s 15th Annual Sport a Smile Fun Run/ Walk is taking place in Claremorris on Sunday, August 28 at 11am. Normally a five mile race from the centre of the town, this year’s race will be a chip timed 8k race on Sunday morning, starting from near the athletic track on the Balla Road and finishing with one lap of the track. The new 8km route will be a good challenge for runners and walkers alike and it is also part of the Mayo AC 2016 Vodafone C&C cellular club league.

The committee of Cycle for ACT are proud to announce details of Cycle for ACT 2016. Now in its second year, this hugely popular 55k and 100k cycle will take place in Tuam, Co Galway on Sunday April 17 to raise awareness and funds for the national charity ACT for Meningitis, to help them continue to save lives through awareness and offer support to anyone in Ireland affected by meningitis.
