€800,000 for Mayo schools

Some 170 Mayo schools are to benefit from the allocation of funding for high-tech classrooms, said Beverley Flynn, TD. The Mayo primary schools will receive in all €800,000 in funds, with each school receiving a block grant of €1,700 and a payment of €35.70 a pupil to enable the schools purchase high-tech equipment.
