Luan Gallery, in collaboration with Westmeath Arts Office, presents the Westmeath Artists’ Awards, a group exhibition featuring works by 30 Westmeath artists selected by guest Curator, Sarah Searson.

Luan Gallery is delighted to present ‘Nightscapes’ by Swiss-Italian photographer Ugo Ricciardi and ‘Midden’ by Irish artists Sarah Edmondson, Mary Martin, and Niamh McGuinne - the exhibitions opening on Saturday, October 1, at 2.30pm and continuing to Sunday, November 20.

Luan Gallery, in association with New Horizon Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support, will host a community event to welcome, support, and celebrate new members of the extended community to Athlone. The event will be chaired by Breaking Borders exhibiting artist Vukašin Nedeljkovic and will start at 5.30pm on Wednesday August 31. This event is supported by Creative Ireland and Westmeath County Council.

Featuring seven artists, Nicola Anthony, Trudi van der Elsen, Bernadette Hopkins, Benedict Hutchinson, Myra Jago, Vukasin Nedeljkovic and Beata Piekarska Daly, ‘Breaking Boarders’ is a group exhibition currently on display to the local public in Luan Gallery until Sunday, September 25, inclusive.

Luan Gallery will join in the national celebration of Cruinniú na nÓg by hosting a series of free workshops for children and teenagers, supported by Creative Ireland and Westmeath County Council, on Saturday, June 11.
