A man who avoided an 11-month jail sentence because of an appeal by his solicitor after he missed a court appearance to attend an interview for a place in rehab, will have to face further sentencing after new revelations were brought up in court this week (June 3).

“Take your business up to Judge Kennedy in the Circuit Court and see what he has to say about it,” said Judge Neilan as he revoked a community service order and sentenced a man to five months imprisonment.
