This spring Anam Cara will launch a new bereavement support service for parents who have experienced the sudden death of a child outside a hospital or hospice setting. This programme will be facilitated by a professional bereavement therapist and will give them the tools to help them deal with the day-to-day realities after the death of their child.

City Hall has opened a book of condolences for victims of Polish air crash which claimed the lives of the Polish president, his wife, and 94 others last weekend.

There will be a Coping with Depression group held Mondays at 11.00am or Tuesdays at 6.30pm Coping with Anxiety sessions will be on Mondays at 6.30pm. and Coping with Grief or Loss on Tuesdays at 11.00 a.m.
