Bereavement event in Castlebar

Anam Cara is a national voluntary support organisation set up by bereaved parents to provide support and understanding to families who have experienced the tragic death of a child. Many children are very confident these days. Encouraging your children to be confident is important but sometimes children can easily move from confidence into trying to exert control over parents. A six week course on Parent Assertiveness is being held by the Family Centre at Chapel Street, Castlebar starting on Thursday February 22 at 8pm.
