Cafe 903 is located in Cuba/Bar 903 on Eyre Square right beside the new TK Maxx. It is open seven days a week from 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 8pm Friday and Saturday, and from 11am to 6pm on Sundays. The cafe has been recently refurbished, and is now a cool and funky place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a coffee or speciality tea.

Since 1989 MS Ireland has organised almost 50 charity walks, bringing some 2,500 people to 15 beautiful destinations around the globe. In 2010, different treks will offer a variety of experiences for the novice or seasoned trekker. Although the treks are different, the results are the same; invaluable financial support for services to the 7,000 families living with MS, a lifelong neurological disease.

Reasons to join Salsamania

Salsa dancing is an excellent way to stay healthy and fit and who better to do it with than with an experienced, professional, dancer from Latin America. Vitor from Brazil and his colleague Anna have formed Salsamania Ireland (www.salsamania.ie), teaching salsa classes all over the country. He has danced with international and national companies such as Cois Ceim, and was awarded an MA in dance performance from the University of Limerick.
