Leenavesta is a serenely beautiful townland nestled at the foot of the Sheaffrey Hills between the well known towns of Westport and Louisbourg. Croagh Patrick stands guard to the north and the Owenmore River threads its way though the valley as it flows down to join the Erriff. This is superb fishing country. Westport artist opens new exhibition
