So big was the crowd that O’Donnellan & Joyce had a second large screen set up in the bar area of the hotel where potential purchasers and clients could see the live auction and follow each property as it was being auctioned off by auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan. On that day 10 of the 15 properties sold under the hammer, with four of the remaining properties selling after the auction.
