MEP Liam Aylward has written to the Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin, and the EU Ambassador to Belarus, Senko Vladimir, calling for a long-term agreement to be put in place between the Belarussian and Irish governments to ensure that 200 children from Chernobyl will be able to visit Ireland this coming Christmas and at all other times.
