Figures show fall off in new car registrations for October

Official statistics released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) show that the total new car registrations for the month of October have fallen 11.2 per cent (1,725) when compared to the same period in 2017 (1,943). The Minister for Rural and Community Development, Mr Michael Ring TD, officially opened the new branch of Heat Merchants in Castlebar, Co Mayo on Friday last.
