New Year’s resolutions for foodies

For consumers, I think it has been a good year, prices for most items are better than before and I don’t believe quality has suffered. Galway Golf Club’s Eddie McCormack (+3) has been included in the team to represent Ireland in the Home Internationals that take place at Ashburnham Golf Club, Wales from August 11 to 13. The Cavan golfer, who plays out of the Galway club, has enjoyed consistent form throughout 2010 - a beaten finalist in the West of Ireland, third-round leader in the East of Ireland championship, and two singles wins for Connacht in the recent interprovincial series at Ballinrobe Golf club.
