Now in its third generation, the MINI Countryman is offered for the first time with choice of a fully electric or combustion powertrain.

The BMW 5 Series was first launched in the 1970s and over five million of them have been sold worldwide, a new 5 Series range going on sale here towards the year-end.

The new BMW 5 Series range will go on sale here in October, with an entry-level 520i priced from €69,850.

The next generation of the Mini family is now being launched with the Mini Cooper Electric.

Mini boasts that their stylish all-rounder and spacious everyday companion, the Countryman continues their brand's product offensive of all-electric models. In fact, with the all-electric Countryman, Mini is further expanding the proportion of electrified models. Every fifth Mini is already electric today.

The all-new BMW 5-series (i5) will break cover shortly. It is being built in Germany. The all-electric 5-Series will be launched in October, going on-sale in Europe soon after, so possibly available here in right-hand drive from the year-end. The all-new i5 will target competitors such as the Mercedes EQE, Tesla Model S, and Audi E6.
