Final launch at Knocknacarra development Maoilín this weekend

Burkeway Homes has announced the release of the final phase of homes in the very successful new homes development Maoilín. This development comprises 73 two, three, and four bed semidetached homes, and four bed detached. The first 33 houses were offered for sale in two phases in the summer and autumn of 2015, and they all sold quickly from the plans. As the only substantial new homes development to be launched in Galway city since 2007 demand has been very strong. Growth spike in private treaty sales

O’Donnellan & Joyce has experienced growth in the number of private treaty sales in the first quarter of 2016. The city centre estate agency reports that 46 properties have been sold by private treaty in the first quarter of the year with the surge in demand being seen in both city and country properties. This rise is due to the shortage in supply of quality housing, particularly in and around the city, coupled with the increase in the amount of pre-approved, ‘ready to go’ buyers.
