In order to support business in Mullingar over the Christmas period, Westmeath County Council granted free parking in the town on Saturday December 13. This concession is now being extended for the coming weekend to include free parking in off street carparks for Saturday December 20, Sunday 21, and Monday 22.
Paid parking will be as normal on the main streets of the town where parking is limited to one hour max only.
