An afternoon of music, fine food, fashion, and fabulous company awaits at the world famous Mount Falcon Estate in Mayo on Friday May 6 for the annual Mayo Roscommon Hospice summer ladies luncheon. In the company of special guest, RTÉ presenter Miriam O'Callaghan, this promises to be a fun filled afternoon beginning with a garden drinks reception overlooking the 100 acre estate, and followed by a sumptuous three-course lunch in The Fuller Room. The event is in association with Carraig Donn and Corrib Oil.
This is an incredibly exciting time for Mayo Roscommon Hospice as it has been granted planning permission for the first specialist care Hospice Unit in County Mayo. Every day at least two families have to use the services of hospice care outside Mayo and Roscommon so this will be welcome news for people in our community who are directly affected. The group will be putting the building to tender in the coming weeks with building planned to begin in August. Phase Two, the Roscommon Unit, is next and as we expect significant progress this year, the Roscommon Hospice Unit will not be far behind.
There are tables of 10 (€750 ) and eight (€600 ) available for block booking with individual tickets available at €75. More details available by calling Laurita on (087 ) 7384322 or (094 ) 9388666
