A table quiz held recently in the Gateway Hotel, Swinford, to raise funds for Palestine, was a huge success.
Organised by Mayo Sinn Féin, the quiz aimed to raise funds and raise awareness about the humanitarian issues in the region.
Jenny and Derek Graham, from Ballina, who now live in Gaza and carry out charity work there, attended the quiz and gave a talk on their humanitarian work.
Organiser John Sheahan expressed his thanks to all involved in making the quiz a success.
