Ancient Ballintubber Abbey is getting ready to mark its 800th anniversary in 2016.
The pastoral council is compiling a publication on the stories, folklore, and history of the abbey and outlying townlands to mark the anniversary.
Anyone who would like to contribute to the publication can forward their stoires to the Celtic Furrow office in Ballintubber.
