Mayo boxing board take part in child protection course

Mayo boxing board in conjunction with Mayo Sports Partnership organised a child protection course recently in Hotel Ballina. It is now compulsory to have completed the child protection course before applying for the level one coaching exam.

Some of the 15 participants on the course already had the level one coaching cert but needed to refresh on the child protection course. The Mayo boxing board are expecting a date for the next level one coaching course will be announced early in the New Year.
