In honour of the year of The Gathering, Galway Mayo Institute of Technology is hosting a Gathering Reunion on the Castlebar Campus on Friday November 8 at 6.30pm. All current students, past graduates, and colleagues in the Castlebar business community, are invited to the campus to reconnect with staff, fellow students, colleagues, and old friends.
At 6.30pm in St Mary's Hall there will be some light refreshments and entertainment by college musicians and the Male Voice Choir. A commemorative series of photographs of the Old St Mary's Hospital will also be unveiled.
The finale of the Gathering will be the concert in at the TF with Sharon Shannon and her band, featuring Mundy, at 8.30pm, and if you wish to attend this tickets are available from the college at 094 904 3197 (tickets are €10 for any students and €20 for others ).
