ICA host personal finance seminar

The Irish CountryWomen’s Association knows that there is a unique relationship between mothers and their daughters, and on Monday, October 14, the Mayo Federation of the ICA will host the latest free seminar in the ICA’s Mother and Daughter Personal Finance Tour conducted by personal finance author and journalist, Jill Kerby. The seminar will take at 8pm in the Welcome Inn, Castlebar.

The Mayo seminar is supported by hospital cash plan provider, HSF Health Plan.

“I’ve been writing personal finance columns for The Sunday Times and a syndicate of 12 regional newspapers for many years now and I know what financial issues are of concern to women of varying ages and income. That’s why I’m delighted to be partnering with the ICA to bring the Mother and Daughter tour to Castlebar” said Jill.

The President of the ICA’s Mayo Federation, Barbara Meer, said, “We are delighted that Jill is coming to Mayo, and we know it will be a hugely worthwhile event for women of all ages. We’d also like to emphasise that this free seminar is open to all women in Mayo and not just members of the ICA.”
