Mayo international cup is back for its second outing

The second Mayo International Cup 2013 is an elite soccer tournament, taking place across Mayo this weekend kicking off today, August 23 and running until Sunday and it will see five teams taking part. The five teams are the Castlebar FAI Regional Centre of Excellence u15s, Republic of Ireland u15s, Millwall FC, Bradford District Metropolitan (UK schools champions 2013 ), and Glentoran FC from Northern Ireland.

The action will kick off at 4pm today in Milebush with Castlebar FAI taking on Glentoran, which will be followed by Millwall v Bradford District Metropolitan at 5.45pm. The action will then move to Celtic Park in Castlebar that evening where Ireland u15s will face the Castlebar FAI selection. On Saturday, five games will kick off all over the county, with two games in both Manulla and Ballyglass and one in Ballina. The Manulla games kick off at 10am and 11.30pm, with the games in Ballyglass at 2pm and 3.30pm, while Ballina will host the evening kick off. The games on Sunday have been pushed back to an earlier kick-off than initially advertised, with Glentoran and Millwall kicking off at 9.30am, Bradford District Metropolitan and Ireland u15s at 10.45am, and the final of the competition at 1pm. All the games on Sunday will take place in Milebush.
