Mindfulness is a practice that can teach us how to enjoy life to the full and how to relax even when there is a lot of pressure in our lives. It teaches us how to make the most of every day and find contentment even in the routine of each day.
This eight-week course runs on Tuesday evenings starting on February 5. You can choose to attend a course from either 6pm to 8pm or from 8.30pm to 10.30pm.
