Grady Joinery - energy efficient windows that look the business

Grady Joinery is Ireland's premier manufacturer of uPVC, timber, and aluminium A-rated energy efficient windows and doors.

Now 30 years in business, Grady Joinery started out from humble beginnings in Charlestown but now employs 180 people on the Sligo/Mayo border at Charlestown. The company, which supplies and fits nationwide, has as its motto ‘energy efficiency without compromise’, but the success of its products is also based on security, durability, weather resistance, and the professional look a Grady window or door will give you.

National Energy Certificate

Grady Joinery is the first company in Ireland to receive an Energy Certificate from NSAI (National Standard Authority Ireland ) under the WEP (Window Energy Performance Scheme ) for its A rated 0.8 U-Value triple glazed uPVC Windows.

"We use our vast experience combined with the very best materials, machinery and people so we can give you an outstanding product that is amazing value for money,” stated Arthur Grady, MD Grady Joinery.

“With all our products we also give a comprehensive warranty and backup service, giving you peace of mind long into the future.”

Entrance/sliding doors, sash windows and conservatories

As well as A rated windows, Grady Joinery supplies entrance doors, sliding sash windows, alu-timber windows and doors, alu-sliding/bi-folding doors, sun rooms, and conservatories.

State-of-the-art windows

Grady Joinery has been awarded the Window Energy Performance Certification (WEP ) by the National Standards Association Ireland (NSAI ) for their state-of-the-art windows.

This prestigious certification accounts for the windows’ overall energy rating, air leakage controls, solar radiation protection, condensation resistance and insulation properties. The certificate allows customers to make an informed selection when replacing or purchasing new windows.

“Nothing comes close to our A rated Elegance ZE windows and doors for energy efficiency, security, durability, weather resistance and great looks - this window will save you money and more than pay for itself over it's lifetime,” said Arthur Grady, MD Grady Joinery.

Grady Joinery is located just outside Charlestown in a 300,000 sq ft factory on a 60-acre site.

"We have installed windows and doors in over 100,000 homes all over Ireland since we were established as a family enterprise employing just two people back in 1979," stated Grady. "Despite the difficult economic circumstances in the construction industry we are confident that we can continue to grow and expand our business. National recognition for our products from the NSAI is a real boost to everyone in the company."

Grady Joinery has invested over €20 million in capital developments in the company over the past number of years, with research and development being the key factors to their success of late.
